At Priority Services, it’s all about you!

Our Approach

At Priority Services4U, our top priorities are all about making sure you are happy, safe, and thriving in everything you do.

We’re all about being honest and open. We learn what matters to you and work in a collaborative way with you, your family and commissioners towards your goal because you are the expert of your own life. We will respect your wishes and be transparent throughout the support you receive from us. Our aim is to support you, enabling you to have a great life with excellent outcomes.

We’re in this together – we’re here to listen, work things out, and make sure you’re totally satisfied and this includes assisting you to choose a support worker you are happy to work with. We know you’ve got your own style of living, that’s why we’ll listen to you to find out what is working and what isn’t with your support. It means, as we get to know you, we’re always finding new ways to make things even better for you. And we assure you that we will always celebrate diversity and differences.

Oh, and safety? Safety is a fundamental part of our services to ensure that the people we support and our staff are safe and protected from any harm. And if a safe incident occurs, we will do a full investigation of the matter, be transparent, open and take responsibility. You can trust us to make sure everything’s safe and secure, so you can relax and be yourself without worrying about a thing.

While we are doing this we will always be looking to improve standards – our own and across the sector.

What people say about us

“It’s so hard to mention any one specific carer, as you are all so wonderful to my mum and everyone has been so consistently caring, thoughtful, gentle, kind, understanding and reliable. I can’t thank you all enough. It’s been such a hard adjustment for my mum and our whole family- for her to go from semi-independence to needing round the clock care- but you have made this tough transition all the more bearable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Keep doing the amazing work that you do.”
