About Us and What Makes us Different

Priority Services4U is an independent care company, providing support in Berkshire and the surrounding area.

Our provisions are small placement settings of high quality. This enables us to create environments that promote physical and emotional health and wellbeing as well as safety and security in their own homes. We offer individualised care and support and we believe that while promoting positive risk-taking, which is hedged around robust person centred care planning, we can keep your child safe while promoting independence. By doing this we are creating services that are working towards recognising and building of your child’s individual strengths. We want every individual we support to be active and participate in their own support where their voices are heard, and this way they can shape the services we deliver.

Together with other professionals who are involved in your child’s care, we will work towards finding resources and support that are available around your community while taking into account their ability and skills. At the same time we will focus on enabling you child to develop more skills, depending on their learning style and developmental needs, drawing into their childhood experiences to enable them to have positive outcomes.

Your child’s values and beliefs are important to us because they shape their identity. We will work with you and them to meet religious and cultural needs, celebrating their identity as a valued individual.

Our staff are highly trained to provide a service that is safe and appropriate to meet the needs of individuals who are using our services. They understand what it means by discriminatory practices, through day-to-day activities they seek to eliminate any form of discrimination, hence they actively promote equality and embrace diversity.

We will also support your child in claiming benefits such as PIP, Universal Credit, and help with the tenancy agreement and where appropriate getting voluntary work with Charity Shops.
