Providing exceptional at-home care

At our heart we have a customer-focused approach to our business model of providing at-home care. We treat our clients as if they were our own loved ones. And we are uncompromising in our approach to being providers of quality care.

The Priority Services4U core team have all worked in the care industry for many years. We have seen first hand that the level of at-home care varies dramatically and the care provided by some care providers is not as good, or as consistent, as it should be. Addressing these issues was the reason Priority Services4U was started.

As a team we have extremely high standards and are professional at what we do. We recognised that one of the key ways of ensuring consistently high quality care was to ensure our staff were well trained in the appropriate competences. Our approach is to provide a comprehensive training program to all of our staff to ensure they are fully conversant with all aspects of the care that they are involved with. Additionally, we have a robust monitoring system for quality assurance and staff wellbeing.

Priority Services4U Carers

At Priority Services4U, we are extremely proud of our staff who frequently go above and beyond for clients.  In our staff recruitment process we select only individuals who have passion about caring for others and have aspirations to improve people’s lives. Our aim is to keep our staff long-term by offering them a supportive work environment, which will enable them to grow and develop into their best. Job satisfaction is critical to our staff.  Afterall, Happy Staff = Happy Clients.

When working with other agencies we listen carefully to both staff and employers to ensure that our care staff are placed in assignments to which they are ideally suited. This allows Priority Services4U care staff to enjoy their work, while our clients benefit from care agency staff with the skills and aptitudes needed for the particular circumstances.

“Just wanted to drop you a line to say how happy we have been with Julie, she’s an absolute star .She has been so diligent, caring and has treated mum so brilliantly in the short time she has been there. She genuinely cares for others and this is so clear in everything she does. She has done all in her power to make Mum feel confident and looked after and I genuinely can relax knowing mum is being looked after. On a personal level, she really comes across as such a lovely person and I would really love her to stay looking after Mum as long as possible. I hope she enjoys her break in Bali as she deserves it but please bring her back as I will really miss her, and all the family have had nothing but good things to say about her. Thank you. ” Ciara Addison, compliment from daughter regarding Julie.
